We are Artemis & Spiros, your hosts. Our goal is to make you feel like home, live like a local and create unforgettable memories and lifetime bonds here. Casa Veneziana used to be our home, a mansion at its time, this is why we renewed it with plenty of love and care. In this house we had friends and family come over and we were literally brought up with the values of Cretan hospitality, a unique experience that we want you to live as well. Casa Veneziana, a traditional Venetian house old town Chania, is a 15th Century 170m2 spacious restored Venetian home, located in the heart of the old town of Chania, and right above our family souvenir shop. Vintage and contemporary design blend together, keeping the tradition alive but at the same time bringing a fresh era in.

Casa Veneziana traditional Venetian house is located in the Old Town of Chania. The picturesque old town of Chania and our lighthouse are the most photographed spots of the city. The heart of Chania is beating here during all summer, full of cafeterias, restaurants and taverns with Cretan traditional food and beverages, pastry shops, art galleries and preserved historical monuments from different time periods. The Old Venetian Port will definitely attract you to stroll leisurely back in time and enjoy the mix of Cretan, Venetian, Egyptian and Ottoman elements, beautiful narrow streets leading to the old city, and its wonderful architecture. But Chania has a lot more secrets…

This place is very well maintained and very cozy and quiet. There are 2 bedrooms, a loſt, huge living room, full kitchen, balcony, and a rooſtop patio. The apartment is in a perfect location in the old town, with a short walk to the waterfront. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. They provided a greeting
package of fruit and wine, and made us feel at home. The apartment is connected to the family store, and there is a discount for a family-owned cafe next door. There is a great bakery nearby. Highly recommended.

Spiros and Artemis fantastic hosts in what was a very spacious and well-equipped apartment with a large balcony. Very conveniently located in the old city and, despite being on a busy shopping street (no vehicles), there was absolutely no noise in the apartment. Washing facilities a bonus. Will stay again.

The owners have kept the charm of this 600-year-old stone house and upgraded it with all of the modern amenities we now use in the 21st century. This is one place not to be missed when visiting Chania and it’s incredible old town and Venetian harbour!

Beautiful house in the Venetian harbour of Chania, fantastic hosts from when we arrived until our departure. Surrounded by beautiful bars and restaurants more than enough variety to chose from, with beautiful boat tours of the island provided at the harbour which is minutes away.
